While most people look at a rose bud as the most beautiful, I have begun to see the beauty in a rose’s transformation. As a rose begins its decline, it reveals its radiance. This Wilted Rose was five days old, which for a rose, was considered past its prime. As the aging petals relaxed, soft new shades appeared. Lavender and pale pink began to shine through, illuminating the flower and creating a golden glow - this is where the loveliest transformation begins.
