Milan, a metropolis in Italy’s northern Lombardy region, is a vibrant city bustling with fashionistas and  awesome museums. I loved walking down the historic city centre and discovering something creative on nearly every block. In one of the  funky florist shops I stumbled upon these elegant leaves. I had initially intended to pair them with some colorful flowers to jazz up my portrait, but the simplicity of the leaves won out. They always remind me of a city alive with churches, cafes, and the spectacular gothic Duomo.
