Greenest Beans, 2016

It was a hot July morning. The Farmer's Market was teaming with summery shoppers. These beans beckoned to me. They were the greenest beans I had ever seen. I scooped up dozens of them. I knew that I had to photograph them in a dramatic way, as this would intensify their beautiful green hue. I was right. I created a large print of these beans. It hangs in my kitchen; a lovely reminder of that hot July morning when the sun was shining brightly and the beans were at their greenest.
