This orange is called a Sumo Orange, because of its huge size. A friend shared one with me. I was told that it would be the sweetest orange I ever tasted. He was right. Of course, I immediately photographed the orange in its beautiful, round glory before even taking a bite. However, the real story emerged only after I peeled back its thick layers to reveal its sweet, glowing center.
